Warranty does not apply if

  1. The product has been physically damaged.
  2. If the product has been used inappropriate.
  • The defect cannot be qualified as a factory defect.
  1. Over 2 years have passed since your order.

For the return merchandise, the product must be in its full right condition before being accepted within the fourteen days (14 days) by contacting the customer service by email: jantavike@gmail.com

 

Damage

In case the 21dXPGrowth order get damage in transit will be more like to exchange to new one for replacement with no charge.

At the same time, you would have to be able to provide the picture of the damaged items (packages and the product inside etc.)

And damaged product to be returned to the customers service for the company for the product to be examined.

If by mistakenly received damage merchandise must be reported back to the company from the day the product has been delivered to the customer within 72 hours. Follow the instructions.

We have not had many refund requests because our products are effective when used according to instructions.

Also, refund can be made as soon as possible when the merchandise’s order is not finalized yet.

In case you comply with the company’s policy and qualify for the refund. The whole process takes a few days according of your bank or credit card company.
